United Patent Research clients Donald P. and Paul P. are happy to have received initial manufacturer interest in their innovative tractor accessory, the Compact Tractor Tool Holder. Aerostar Manufacturing signed a Confidential Disclosure Agreement promising to receive all information in confidence and requested additional information about this invention. Aerostar Manufacturing is a United States based company with production facilities located in the United States, China, and India. Additionally, in response the initial information provided by the inventors, Wisconsin Metal Parts, Inc. provided the inventors with a signed a Confidential Disclosure Agreement. The Compact Tractor Tool Holder is a tractor accessory designed to facilitate the convenient carrying of tools in a tractor. The unique design of this invention permits quick and convenient access to tools while operating a tractor. The inventors are proceeding to contact Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of Untied Patent Research, in order to receive advice on the next step in dealing with these promising manufacturer contacts.
