Trademark Work Progresses

A trademark can be a valuable asset for an inventor. By having a unique name associated with an invention, an inventor can distinguish his or her invention from other products. Additionally, a “catchy” invention name can sometimes enhance the marketability of a new product. The United States Patent and Trademark Office has sent an official filing receipt for the trademark application of United Patent Research clients Bryant and Erica T. Their invention, the Taco Rack (trademark name: HEAT 2 SERVE), is an innovative cooking accessory designed to facilitate the cooking and serving of several tacos at the same time. It is noteworthy that this unit can simultaneously accommodate both hard and soft taco shells. Inventor Michael H.’s trademark application has been filed for the unique name of his flexible wine cooler (trademark name: CHILLYNDER). This non-electric wine cooler can be effectively used in almost any imaginable situation including outdoor use.
