Inventors are extremely excited when the day comes that they receive an official patent certificate for their invention. United Patent Research client Lloyd D. has received an official patent certificate from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for his innovative electronic location system called the Locator. With this locator system, even small items, such as jewelry, can be quickly and easily found. Inventor Scott A. has received an official patent certificate for his timely Apthorp Windmill. The inventor states that this windmill electrical generator has improved power generating efficiency compared to conventional wind powered generating systems. Additionally, the unique modular construction allows for ease of transport and flexibility in power generating capacity.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office has announced that several inventors have received a Notice of Allowance. This important milestone in the patent process demonstrates that these inventions have been reviewed by the appropriate patent examiners and have been “allowed for issuance as a patent”.

The Chinese Patent Office has issued a Notification of Granting Patent Right to three American inventors working with United Patent Research. Timothy C. is the proud inventor of the practical Foot Light. This personal safety light easily and quickly attaches to a user’s foot thereby allowing hands free use.  Inventors Raymond and Alice R. have conceived the innovative Dip Stick. This measuring tool tells that user the exact amount of oil required for a particular engine. It is always an exciting day for an inventor when the inventor receives interest in his or her invention. Several inventors working with United Patent Research have received notification from the United States Patent and Trademark Office that their inventions have attained patent pending status. These inventors can now proudly declare the patent pending status of their inventions in product literature and/or on finished products. When a representative of United Patent Research attends a tradeshow on behalf of its clients, a concerted effort is made to identify companies who might be willing to review and consider new inventions for inclusion in their product lineup. After making contact with Harvest Direct at a recent tradeshow, the President of United Patent Research, Patrick Ralston, discussed with Harvest Direct the advantages of reviewing the numerous inventions conceived by UPR clients. Harvest Direct responded by saying they will sign an appropriate non-disclosure agreement allowing them access to UPR’s extensive repertoire of new inventions. Harvest Direct is a major direct marketing firm involved in the very successful “As seen on TV” product offerings.
