Manufacturer Shows Interest in the Ten Can Liner

International Plastics, Inc., a manufacturer of polyethylene film and bags, has signed a non-disclosure agreement with United Patent Research clients Keith and Desiree I. The Ten Can Liner is an innovative trash can liner which permits a person to quickly and easily load several trash can liners into a home or commercial trash can in one easy step. The inventors will be keeping in close contact with Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding future contacts with this interested manufacturer.

China Patents Granted and Issued to UPR Clients

The Chinese Patent Office has notified several United Patent Research clients that a China Patent has been granted for their invention. Richard and Diane R.’s invention, The Beverage Wrap, is an easy to use, innovative accessory for beverage glasses and beverage cups.  United Patent Research client Cynthia Q. has invented the Easy Find which is an innovative electronic device designed to enable the user to easily locate lost items.  Finally, United Patent Research inventors Richelle G. and Beth K. have invented the Car Seat Travel Pad. This unique car accessory is designed to enhance the comfort of babies and toddlers traveling in a car.

Additionally, two United Patent Research clients have recently been granted China Patents. The Chinese State Intellectual Property Office has issued an official patent Certificate for the unique bathing suit design of Lori E. Her uniquely designed swimwear has significant practical advantages compared to conventional swimwear designs for women.  The Chinese State Intellectual Property Office has also issued an official patent Certificate for Flush Away, invented by Gary D.  Flush Away is a health enhancement product which is designed to facilitate hygiene and sanitation in bathrooms.  The China Patent will have a term of ten years.

G.E. Mathus Company Signs Non-Disclosure Agreement

Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, reported that the G.E. Mathus Company has signed a non-disclosure agreement with United Patent Research client Kenneth P. This agreement will ensure that any information the inventor provides to G.E. Mathus will be held in strict confidence. Kenneth will be following the suggestions of Universal Licensing regarding future contacts with this company. The invention is an innovative ladder accessory designed to enable a person to easily lift materials to the top of a ladder.

This invention is an innovative safety accessory for campers, hikers, and skiers.  Mark F., has invented Music Hands, an innovative electronic device designed to produce music without the use of keyboards or actual musical instruments.  James W. and Kacie L., have invented Gnat Be Gone which is designed to be a convenient insect repellant.  Inventors Thomas and Amanda G. have invented the Fire Wall Flute Sealer which is an innovative construction product which provides both fire protection and sound proofing for industrial buildings.  John H. is the inventor of The Schnoggle, a uniquely designed goggle/mask.  John N. is the inventor of The Auto Baby, an innovative child car seat.  Jeff P. and Russ W. have invented The Assisted Swivel Stand, an innovative accessory for use by handicapped individuals.

United Patent Research is proud to announce that the official United States Patent certificates have been issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office to several United Patent Research clients.

  • Kenneth H. invented the simple yet effective Rifle Rest.
  • Gary D.’s invention, Dunks Flush Away, is designed to improve sanitation in public bathrooms.
  • The Snow Rocket, invented by United Patent Research client Cindy C., is a new design for a snow mobile which simultaneously offers greater speed and increased safety to the user.
  • Paul V.’s Musical Appetite Spoon is designed to facilitate and encourage babies to eat solid baby food.
  • Anthony C. designed the practical Catch All Pop-Up drain assembly which catches hair, etc. better than conventional bathroom drain assemblies.
  • Jerry M. invented the Safety Outlet Cover which promotes electrical safety in homes and businesses.
  • Lisa H. invented the Pizza Dipping Sauce & Container which involves a unique plastic dispenser that clearly identifies the use for the innovative Italian style sauce.
