Company Shows Interest in the Easy Find

A company has contacted United Patent Research client Cynthia Q. regarding her invention, the Easy Find. This invention is an innovative electronic device designed to enable the user to easily locate lost items. Cynthia will be coordinating her contacts with this company with Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research. The lead information for this interested company was initially gathered by the representative of United Patent Research at a Las Vegas trade show in January, 2009.

Several Patent Applications Published in the A.P.T.R.

Several United Patent Research clients have recently been notified that their inventions have been published in the American Patent and Trademark Register (A.P.T.R.). These inventors are: George G., inventor of the Sensor Pill Topper; Leo S., inventor of the Lanai Floor Scupper; and, David S., inventor of the SPS12.

European Design Patent Approved

United Patent Research client Paul G. has recently been sent notification that his European Design Patent has been approved by the European Economic Community. Paul has received the official certificate of registration for his invention, Maternal Comfort.  This invention is an innovative chair designed to meet the comfort needs of pregnant woman.

Inventors Achieve Patent Pending Status in China

United Patent Research clients Marvin S. and Nikhil S. have recently been sent notification that their invention, the Multi Shopping Cart Sanitizer, has achieved patent pending status in China. The Multi Shopping Cart Sanitizer is a unique product designed to effectively and quickly sanitize multiple shopping carts.

The Miracle Shelf, invented by United Patent Research clients Ernest and Leslie F., has attained patent pending status in China. The Miracle Shelf is an innovative accessory table primarily designed for use with pools.

United States Patents Issued for Two Inventors

Two United Patent Research clients have recently been mailed patent certificates by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Dave M. invented the Removable Trap for A/C Systems which is an air conditioning system component designed to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning systems. The other inventor, Jeremy K., is the inventor of the A.R.C. Systems which are unique product storage units capable of maintaining an automatic inventory of the items being sold.

Manufacturer Shows Interest in Painting Accessory

A company which specializes in fabricating plastic products has signed a confidentiality agreement with Christopher P., inventor of the Peps Roller Cover and Brush Saver. This invention enables paint brushes and rollers to remain moist with paint when not being used. Christopher will be working with Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding negotiations with this plastic fabrication company.

New Product Scout Shows Interest in Two Inventions

A new product scout with connections to Target, Wal-Mart, and Toys Are Us, has expressed interest in the inventions of two United Patent Research clients. The inventions of interest are: the Stroller Pack, invented by Jennifer L.; and, the Musical Appetite Spoon, invented by Paul V. Contact with this industrial, new product scout was initiated by United Patent Research at a recent tradeshow attended by United Patent Research on behalf of its clients.

Further, Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, announced that positive industrial interest has developed regarding the Musical Appetite Spoon.  In cooperation with the inventor, Paul V., Universal Licensing is looking into the possibilities of having prototype and advanced engineering work performed in order to make this invention market ready. Wal-Mart and Baby’s Are Us are two of the firms being considered as possible outlets for this innovative baby spoon.
