China Patent Application Approved

United Patent Research client, Dorothy D., has been notified by the China Patent Office that her China patent application has been approved. Dorothy is the inventor of a unique remote control unit incorporating user friendly features which would provide significant advantages over conventional remote controls.

Tire Maintenance Tool Receives Manufacturer Interest

A manufacturer has contacted United Patent Research client Thomas G. and communicated that they may be interested in manufacturing his invention. Thomas’ invention is an innovative tool designed to facilitate tire maintenance on trucks, tractors, and trailers.  Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, will be in contact with this manufacturer in an effort to secure a profitable licensing agreement for the inventor.

Progress for the “Rebag It”

The Rebag It, invented by United Patent Research client Maris L., attained patent pending status at the United States Patent and Trademark Office on August 24, 2009. Currently, Maris is having this innovative, environment friendly, shopping bag produced in China.  Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, will shortly take steps regarding negotiations with relevant companies in an effort to advance this product.

Manufacturer Contact Progresses

Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, has completed its review of the non-disclosure agreement sent to United Patent Research client Steven B. by Fitness Quest.  Universal Licensing advised Steven that the agreement was acceptable to sign, and that Fitness Quest was thereby eligible to receive detailed information about Steve’s invention, the Jug Line Fishing Device.

Manufacturer Interest in the Barrage 3000

ICON Corporation has signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding the Barrage 3000, invented by United Patent Research client Jesse H. United Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, has provided ICON with additional information about the Barrage 3000. ICON stated that they will be conducting a 90 day review of Jesse’s innovative exercise device, the Barrage 3000.

Patent Work Progress

Several United Patent Research clients have been notified that their inventions have attained patent pending status at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Gene and Sandra G., inventors of the Load Dunage; and, Marvin S. and Mikhil S., inventors of the Multi Shopping Cart Sanitizer, are now patent pending. Now that these inventors have attained patent pending status, they will be able to receive the licensing assistance of Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research.

China Patent Approved for Fishing Device

United Patent Research has been informed that the China patent application for the Jug Line Fishing Device has been approved by the China Patent Office. The inventor, United Patent Research client Steven B., can now look forward towards having patent protection in one of the largest consumer markets in the world.

Trademark Application Filed

United Patent Research recently forwarded to the assigned trademark attorney the trademark application of Marvin S., the inventor of the “Clean & Green” Multi Shopping Cart Sanitizer, for filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Marvin is hoping that his invention will promote public health, especially during disease epidemics such as the current swine flu epidemic.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office announced that United Patent Research clients Ella E. and Malina C., inventors of the Disposable BP Cuff Liner; and Lori E., inventor of an innovative bathing suit, have received Notices of Allowances regarding their trademark applications. Several other United Patent Research clients recently received notification from the United States Patent and Trademark Office that their trademarks will shortly be published in the National Registry.
