China Patent Granted!

The Chinese State Intellectual Property Office has just issued a Patent Certificate for the Schnoggle, invented by United Patent Research Client John H. The Schnoggle is a uniquely designed goggle/mask which effectively blocks the wind and harmful sun rays. Now that his China patent has been granted, John is looking forward towards the commercial opportunities presented by the expanding China marketplace.

U.S. Patent Granted!

United Patent Research clients, Tami, Ted and Terry H., have been granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office regarding their invention, Zippered Garbage Bag. This innovative garbage bag design effectively and easily seals in odors and germs. United States and China Patents Approved!!

United Patent Research is proud to announce that Peter and Judith E., inventors of the E-Z Stor-Drawer, have been granted Notices of Allowance by both the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the China Patent Office. The inventors are now well prepared to enter both the United States and Chinese marketplaces with their exciting truck accessory. Innovative Fishing Device Receives Corporate Interest

Steven and Deanna B., inventors of the Jug Line Fishing Device, have received a signed confidentiality agreement from Purely Useful Products.  These United Patent Research clients have contacted UPR’s licensing affiliate, Universal Licensing, regarding this positive development. Discussions Regarding Prototype Development

United Patent Research client, Melvin H., has been engaged in serious discussions regarding the possibility of having a prototype built of his innovative, automotive speed control. The inventor contacted UPR’s licensing affiliate, Universal Licensing, and discussed the potential of having a prototype of his invention developed and constructed by an experienced, independent prototype developer. United Patent Research client, Jason H., recently received a signed confidentiality agreement from the Hampton Dunn Corporation. Jason is the inventor of Germ Off – an innovative disinfectant product designed to easily and effectively disinfect relatively large areas. The inventor will be receiving the advice of UPR’s licensing affiliate, Universal Licensing, regarding the most appropriate steps to take in dealing with Hampton Dunn.

Successful Trademark Application!

United Patent Research is pleased to announce that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted a Notice of Allowance for the Trademark Application of UPR client, Michael M.  The trademark protects the invention name, “Unimann”.  Michael is hoping that this successful trademark application will be an asset in the commercial promotion of his invention – an innovative exercise device especially designed for use by disabled individuals.

Large Manufacturers Show Interest in the Side Mount Mower!

United Patent Research client, Steve F., has received manufacturer interest in his invention from six major tractor/farm tool manufacturers.  Steve recently sent introductory information about his invention to twelve major tractor/farm tool manufacturers. To his surprise and delight, six of these companies promptly responded with a request for more information. Of significant importance, Case Corporation requested a submission and proposal. Some of the companies requesting information are well known tractor/farm tool manufacturers: Deere and Company, Caterpillar Inc., and Land Pride. As Steve is an inventor working with United Patent Research, he will be receiving the marketing/licensing assistance of Universal Licensing. Universal Licensing will be providing Steve with the information he needs to properly deal with these interested manufacturers.

United Patent Research clients prepare to enter the China market!

Three inventors working with United Patent Research recently had their China patent applications filed with the China patent office. The inventors are Cynthia Q. (inventor of the Easy Find), Kenneth P. (inventor of The Cycle Protector), and Caroline S. (inventor of Snug-Ease). These inventors are excited about the possibilities offered by the expanding China market and believe that patent protection in China will be a significant plus in their efforts to achieve commercial success for their inventions.

USPTO Patent Issued!!

John N., a United Patent Research client, has been issued a United States Design Patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office regarding his invention, Lift. This invention is a unique lift designed to transport a person from ground level to a shoal step that goes into a RV trailer. John’s patent has a term of 14 years.
