US Business Services has signed a confidential disclosure agreement regarding the Easy Fan invented by United Patent Research client, Robert S. Universal Licensing subsequently provided US Business Services with additional information about this innovative fan. The Easy Fan can be attached to a ceiling without tools or renovation of the ceiling.

Xcentric Mold recently contacted Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, and requested information about the Double Dog Feeder. After receiving a signed Confidential Disclosure Agreement from Xcentric Mold, Universal Licensing proceeded to provide the company with additional information about this innovative pet accessory. The Double Dog Feeder, invented by Brian Y., allows two dogs to feed simultaneously at the same location without fighting for control of the food.

United Patent Research client Wayne T. has received an inquiry, and a signed confidentiality agreement, from Pet Rageous Designs. Wayne’s invention, Coffurns, can be manufactured in several configurations, some of which would appeal to companies involved with pet products. Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, will be available to assist the inventor with his contacts to manufacturers.

Esslinger and Company has signed a confidential disclosure agreement regarding the Hot Solder Dispenser invented by Guy H. Universal Licensing subsequently provided Esslinger and Company with additional information about this innovative soldering device. The Hot Solder Dispenser allows a user to use only one hand in order to make precision solder joints.
