Companies Show Interest in Inventions

Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, reported that companies continue to show interest in the inventions of UPR clients.

  • The Pool Cover Support, invented by United Patent Research client Percy P., has been receiving quite a bit manufacturer interest. Pyramid Moldings, Crown Die Casting Corporation, Industrial Molding Corporation, American Plastic Molding, Atlantis Industries Corporation and Talbot Associates have all signed confidential disclosure agreements and subsequently received additional invention information regarding the Pool Cover Support invented by Percy P. The Pool Cover Support is a unique pool accessory designed to keep round swimming pools free of debris.
  • Delk Products signed a confidentiality agreement regarding the Mitchell Memory Maker invented by Jason M. This innovative device allows a wild turkey hunter to effectively display the plumage of a hunted wild turkey.
  • Pet products continue to inspire corporate interest. JW Pet Company, Inc.; Pet Rageous Designs; and Seal A Bag, LLC have shown initial interest in the Pet Waste Genie invented by Michele C. The Doggie Hydrant, invented by Nicholas and Lisa O., has attracted the interest of the Han Lien International Corporation.
  • Dawn N. was glad to find out that Accupack Midwest signed a confidential disclosure agreement regarding her invention, Ivydries. This innovative clothing accessory is designed to limit embarrassing perspiration damage to shirts and blouses.
  • Pacific World Marketing, LLC. has expressed interest in the Beverage Wrap/Fan Mate invented by Richard and Diane R. This beverage accessory is designed to maintain the temperature of a beverage while improving the stability of the beverage glass or cup.
  • The Gorilla Ad Agency has expressed interest in the Online Yearbook invented by Keith S. The Online Yearbook is an innovative school yearbook designed for the computer age with innovative information search features.

Manufacturers Show Interest in UPR Inventions

The Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Arrow Plastic Manufacturing Company signed a general Non Disclosure Agreement promising that any invention information provided to Arrow Plastic would be confidentially handled. The President of United Patent Research, Patrick Ralston, proceeded to personally research and select products of UPR clients which might be of interest to Arrow Plastic. United Patent Research established contact with Arrow Plastic at the Chicago International Home and Housewares Show.

A representative of Medline signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding Comfort Care, the medical aid invention of Shon and Danny M. The licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, Universal Licensing, promptly contacted Medline with additional information about this invention. Comfort Care is an innovative product designed to speed the recovery of patients suffering from pressure sores.

Another encouraging development is that a representative of Hampton Direct, Inc. signed a general non-disclosure agreement promising to guard the confidentiality of any information sent to them by United Patent Research or Universal Licensing. United Patent Research is in the process of providing Hampton Direct with information concerning relevant inventions. Hampton Direct is involved in the production and marketing of many well known, brand name products.
